Terms of Service

By accessing or using Quantify (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including those with free and paid accounts.

Quantify is a self-discovery and relationship insight platform. It allows users to complete personality and relationship assessments, generate shareable quizzes, track friendship engagement via HeartBeat, monitor relationship health via Connection Pulse (a Premium+ feature), and connect with friends on the platform.

The Service includes AI-generated content (quiz questions, personality summaries, career insights, and relationship narratives). This content is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, or relationship counseling.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Free Plan: Access to core assessments, quiz sharing (2 links/month), quiz analytics, and HeartBeat at no charge.

Premium ($7.99/month): Includes all Free features plus the Career Assessment, AI Work Identity Profile, and 8 quiz links per month.

Premium+ ($14.99/month): Includes all Premium features plus the Daily Journal, Connection Pulse, partner alignment analysis, and unlimited quiz link generation.

PremiumX ($19.99/month): Includes all Premium+ features shared between you and one linked partner. Both partners receive full Premium+ access, including Pulse check-ins, the Daily Journal, and the linked partner dashboard.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free plan. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge at legal@quantifylove.com.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Submit false or misleading information in assessments or quiz responses.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or another user's account.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Share quiz links in a deceptive or manipulative manner designed to harm the subject of the quiz.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these rules without prior notice.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service (including assessment answers, HeartBeat responses, and messages). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate personality profiles, quiz questions, career insights, and relationship narratives. This content is generated algorithmically based on your inputs and is not reviewed by licensed professionals. It is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Quantify makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. Do not rely on this content as a substitute for professional advice.

All content, design, branding, and software comprising the Service — excluding user-submitted content — is the exclusive property of Quantify and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Stripe (payment processing) and AI model providers. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party service providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quantify and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) $50 USD.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as mutually agreed.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above or by sending an email to your registered address. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
