Assessment Data: Your answers to Personal, Romantic, and Career assessments; extracted trait profiles; AI-generated summaries and category scores.

Quiz Data: Quiz links you generate, quiz responses submitted by others about you (including their name and email if provided), and result analytics.

HeartBeat Data: Your daily answers to the HeartBeat prompt and records of hearts exchanged with friends.

Connection Pulse Data: Your weekly relationship check-in answers and AI-generated insights (Premium+ feature).

Social Data: Friend requests, accepted friendships, and direct messages exchanged with friends on the platform.

Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details — only your subscription tier and expiration date.

Usage Data: Standard web analytics such as pages visited, features used, and session timestamps.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• Generate AI-powered insights, quiz questions, and personality summaries tailored to your profile.
• Enable social features including HeartBeat streaks, friend connections, and direct messaging.
• Manage your subscription and process payments.
• Send transactional emails related to your account activity.
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your assessment answers or personal data for advertising targeting.

Quantify uses large language model (LLM) services to generate quiz questions, personality summaries, career insights, and relationship narratives. Your assessment data and quiz responses may be sent to these AI providers solely for the purpose of generating your results. We use commercially reasonable measures to ensure these providers do not retain or train on your data beyond the scope of service delivery.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service Providers: Including our AI processing partners, payment processor (Stripe), and hosting infrastructure — only as necessary to operate the Service.
• Other Users: Quiz responses are associated with the quiz link owner. Friend profiles are visible to accepted friends. HeartBeat answers are visible to friends who have access to the daily feed.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it for longer.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Object to or restrict certain types of processing.
• Data portability — receive a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
